Universal crushers usually accept motors that are directly connected to the destructive device, which is a simple and easy to maintain method of connection.
(1) The difference between the rotor of the motor and the rotor of the universal destruction machine. The motor can be moved left or right, or raised to adjust the concentricity of the two rotors.
(2) Universal destruction machine rotor differential heart. The reason for this is that the two supporting surfaces of the supporting rotor shaft are not in the same plane. Copper skin can be placed on the bottom surface of the supporting bearing seat, or an adjustable wedge iron can be added to the bottom of the bearing, with two shaft heads concentric through the casing.
(3) The vibration in the destruction room department is significant. The reason for this is due to differences in the connection between the coupling and the rotor, or uneven quality of the flat hammer pieces inside the rotor. The coupling and motor connection can be adjusted according to the example of differential coupling acceptance: when the weight of the hammer pieces is uneven, each set of hammer pieces must be re selected to ensure symmetrical hammer pieces with a deviation of less than 5G.
