Daily maintenance procedures for ultrafine pulverizer
1、 Daily pre startup inspection (most important)
Before connecting the power supply, the following checks must be completed:
Cleaning and Clearance:
Check and remove dust and debris from the surface and surrounding areas of the equipment to ensure a clean working environment.
Check the feeding port, discharge port, and connecting pipes to ensure there is no residue or blockage of the previous material.
Mechanical component inspection:
Fasteners: Check whether the bolts in various parts (especially key parts such as the main engine door, grading wheel, crushing plate, pipeline flange, etc.) are loose.
Transmission components: Check the tension and wear of the belt/coupling to ensure there are no abnormalities.
Lubrication point: According to the equipment requirements, check whether the lubricating grease is sufficient (such as in the bearing area), but be careful not to let any lubricating oil seep into the crushing chamber.
Preliminary inspection of vulnerable parts: By observing through a window or manually turning (in a power-off state), it is preliminarily determined whether there is visible severe wear or breakage on the grinding gear ring, grading wheel blades, lining plate, etc.
Sealing and safety device inspection:
Check if all seals (such as door seals and shaft seals) are intact to prevent dust leakage.
Confirm that all safety shields are securely installed and that the emergency stop switch is functioning properly.
Electrical and pneumatic inspection (applicable to systems with dust removal, airtight sealing, etc.):
Check if the compressed air pressure has reached the set value (usually 0.5-0.7MPa) and if there is any air leakage in the pipeline.
Check if the dust removal system (such as pulse valve) is in normal standby mode.
2、 Monitoring during operation
During equipment operation, operators should continuously monitor:
Operating parameters: closely monitor whether key parameters such as host current, classifier current, fan current, inlet and outlet negative pressure, temperature, etc. are within normal ranges. Abnormal fluctuations are often a precursor to malfunctions.
Sound and vibration: Listen carefully to the sound of equipment operation. A uniform roar is normal. If there is sharp friction, impact, or irregular vibration, the machine should be stopped immediately for inspection.
Discharge status: Regularly take samples to check whether the particle size, color, and temperature of the finished powder are abnormal. The coarsening of particle size may indicate abnormal speed or wear of the grading wheel; Excessive temperature may result in poor cooling or overload.
Leakage inspection: Observe whether there is dust leakage at each interface.
3、 Daily maintenance after shutdown (core work)
After production is completed, the following maintenance must be carried out in order:
Thoroughly clean/empty:
Must: After the equipment has completely stopped, thoroughly clean the crushing chamber, grading chamber, cyclone separator, dust collector filter element, and all conveying pipelines to prevent material from absorbing moisture, clumping, or cross contamination. For workshops producing multiple varieties, this is an iron law.
Method: Use specialized tools (such as vacuum cleaners, soft brushes) and compressed air (pressure should not be too high) to clean from inside out and from top to bottom. It is strictly prohibited to use a hammer to strike or directly rinse the core components with water.
Key vulnerable parts inspection:
Open the inspection door and focus on checking:
Crushing components: wear degree of hammer head, gear ring, and pin rod, record the wear amount.
Graded components: wear, deformation, and presence of attachments on graded blades.
Lining: Wear condition of the lining plate on the inner wall of the crushing chamber.
Plan spare parts procurement and replacement time based on wear and tear.
Seal inspection: Confirm whether the seal is still effective after operation, and clean the sealing surface if necessary.
Dust removal system maintenance:
Start the pulse blowback cleaning program to ensure that the filter element is unobstructed.
Check the dust collector and promptly clear the collected dust.
Lubrication supplement: According to the equipment manual requirements, supplement an appropriate amount of specialized lubricating oil/grease at the points where daily refueling is needed.
Record: Fill out the "Equipment Daily Inspection and Maintenance Record Form", detailing the on duty operation duration, abnormal situations, maintenance content, and replaced spare parts.
