Daily Maintenance Guide for Miaocui Corner Forming Machine
1、 Daily pre production maintenance (pre startup inspection)
Appearance and hygiene inspection:
Check whether the surface and surroundings of the equipment are clean and free of material residues and oil stains from the previous day's production.
Check for foreign objects in the feeding hopper and mold area.
Lubrication inspection:
Check whether there is oil at each lubrication point (such as the bearing area) and whether the oil gauge is in the normal position. Attention: Food grade lubricants must be used.
Tightening inspection:
Check the main screws (such as mold fixing bolts and cutting device fixing bolts) for obvious looseness using hand feel or tools.
Transmission system inspection:
Check whether the tightness of the belt or chain is appropriate, and whether there is severe wear or cracking.
Circuit and pneumatic inspection:
Check if the pressure gauge is within the set range (if the equipment is pneumatic cutting).
Listen for any sound of air leakage.
Check the control panel for any abnormal alarm prompts.
2、 Maintenance during production process (observation during operation)
Listen to the sound:
Is the sound of the equipment running smooth and uniform. If there is abnormal impact sound, friction sound or sharp noise, the machine should be stopped immediately for inspection.
Check the operation:
Observe whether the extrusion, molding, and cutting of materials are smooth and uniform.
Check if the shape and size of the molded product are consistent. If there are any burrs, deformations, or other issues, it may be due to problems with the mold or cutting device.
Touch temperature:
Touch the outer shell of key transmission parts such as bearings and reducers briefly with the back of your hand, and feel if the temperature is abnormally high (if it is hot, it is abnormal).
Keep clean:
Timely clean up the scattered raw materials and debris around the equipment to prevent them from entering the interior of the equipment or affecting operational safety.
3、 Daily maintenance after production (maintenance after shutdown)
This is the most important and thorough part of daily maintenance, which must be carried out after a complete power outage or shutdown.
Thoroughly clean (must be done!):
Mold cleaning: Remove the molding mold and cutting device. Use a dedicated copper brush or soft scraper to clean the material residue inside the mold. It is strictly prohibited to use hard objects such as steel to scrape, in order to avoid damaging the precise surface of the mold. Then soak and rinse with hot water and food grade cleaning agent, and finally blow dry the moisture thoroughly with compressed air to prevent rusting.
Cleaning of feeding system: Clean the remaining dough in the feeding hopper and screw extruder to prevent material hardening and clumping, which may affect production the next day.
Equipment surface cleaning: Wipe the outer surface of the equipment with a damp cloth to remove oil stains and dust.
Inspection and recording:
Check the mold: Carefully inspect the molding holes of the mold for wear, blockage, or deformation.
Check the cutting blade: Check whether the blade is sharp, whether there are gaps or wear. Passivation of the blade can cause uneven cutting and burrs on the product.
Inspect vulnerable parts: Check for signs of aging or damage to vulnerable parts such as sealing rings and scrapers.
Simple lubrication:
For lubrication points that require daily refueling (such as chains and guide rails), add an appropriate amount of food grade lubricant according to the equipment manual requirements.
Safe Return:
After cleaning and maintenance, install all disassembled components back in place, but do not tighten them too tightly (to prevent damage to the equipment due to thermal expansion and contraction). Blow the mold holes with compressed air once to ensure unobstructed flow.
