1. Pour the disorganized plastic bottles into the bottle sorting machine, and the bottles that have been pneumatically sorted are orderly discharged onto the conveyor belt.
2. The conveyor belt transports the sorted bottles to the filling positioning turntable and waits for filling.
3. Activate the automatic filling function, and the servo motor, in conjunction with the ceramic filling pump, will fill the liquid to be filled into the packaging material in a quantitative manner.
4. After filling, the bottles are intermittently rotated by a turntable and sent to the capping process.
5. The pneumatic robotic arm swings left and right to remove and release plugs, and then sends them to the capping process after being detected by the pressure detection electric eye.
6. After the bottle is pressed and plugged, it enters the capping process. After the mechanical arm takes the cap, it enters the capping process, which is interlocked with each other. Each step is checked by an electric eye before entering the next process to ensure product efficiency and quality.
