  Micro ecological spray dryer: Water evaporation capacity: 2000kg/h, one set of spray drying tower, which mainly includes feeding system, drying tower body, material collection and tail gas dedusting system, waste heat recovery device, hot air system, air supply system, automatic control system and related supporting facilities.
Process pipeline: The purchaser shall connect the steam pipeline to the steam heater and the condensate drainage pipe to the steam heater drainage outlet. The compressed air pipe is connected to the spray drying tower area. The internal pipelines of the remaining equipment are the responsibility of the supplier.
The cold air passes through an air filter, waste heat recovery device, and steam heater before entering the drying tower. After being dried, the original liquid of the microecological product is filtered and pressurized by the feed pump before being sent to the dryer for atomization. It is then atomized downwards at corresponding fixed positions on the upper cone of the tower and sprayed at high speed; Hot air is introduced from the top of the tower, and the mist droplets quickly evaporate when they come into contact with high-temperature hot air, drying into dry powder in a very short time. The dried powder is sucked by the induced draft system and sent to the cyclone separator for separation, and then discharged from the bottom into the air delivery system. The air supply system can deliver materials to the silo. The fine powder that was not captured by the cyclone separator enters the pulse bag filter with the dry exhaust gas and is captured again before being discharged from the bottom of the bag filter. After being captured and dust removed, the exhaust gas is sucked and blown into the waste heat recovery device by the induced draft fan. The exhaust gas is discharged after waste heat recovery, and the emission of exhaust particulate matter meets national standards.
