What are the differences in drying materials of different properties

When drying materials of different properties, both the drying time and the drying operation of the dried material in the dryer are different.
1. Drying viscous materials: The cone structure inside the dryer, the erosion of the air flow on the wall, and the structure of the agitator determine the ability to handle materials with a certain viscosity.
2. Drying thermosensitive materials: Due to the short drying time, the relative velocity between the material and the hot air is high, and the hot air does not come into direct contact with the already dried material, it is suitable for processing thermosensitive materials.
3. High drying intensity: Due to the crushing, erosion, and collision of materials during the drying process, the surface area increases, which enhances the drying process; At the same time, because the hot air does not directly contact the dried material, the inlet air temperature can be higher than the melting point of the material, so the XZG rotary flash dryer has high drying intensity.
Dry materials discharged from the bottom layer can be directly packaged. By adding auxiliary equipment such as fin heaters, solvent recovery condensers, bag filters, dry material mixing mechanisms, and induced draft fans, the production capacity of drying can be improved. Drying paste like and heat sensitive materials can facilitate solvent recovery and enable pyrolysis and reaction operations.
This reaction operation is suitable for drying materials that can cause pollution to the environment and materials that are prone to floating, such as pesticides, dyes, and their intermediates. On the basis of basic configuration, bag filters, fin heaters, and induced draft fans are equipped to capture trace amounts of particularly fine and light materials carried in the exhaust gas, with the aim of protecting the environment and reducing product losses.
