Working instructions for CT series hot air circulation oven:
1. The circulating oven should be placed indoors in a dry place to prevent vibration and corrosion. Pay attention to electrical safety, ensure sufficient installation based on the power consumption of the circulating oven power switch, use appropriate power cords, and have good grounding.
2. The temperature control electric contact thermometer and the electric contact mercury thermometer should have two wires connected at both ends of the top of the box. The other is a regular mercury thermometer inserted into the exhaust valve (the exhaust valve is used to prove that the mercury thermometer of the electric contact thermometer is used to observe the actual temperature). Open the exhaust hole. Adjust the electric contact mercury thermometer to tighten the steel cap with screws to achieve constant temperature at the required temperature in the order, but be careful not to adjust the scale indication to the outer iron spin.
3. Before all preparation work, the items enter the circulating oven, then connect and turn on the power, the red indicator light lights up, and the box is heated. When the temperature reaches the control temperature, the red light turns off and the green light starts the thermostat. To prevent temperature control from malfunctioning, we must take good care of it.
