Operation steps and process of pork skinning machine:
1. Check before startup
Equipment status: Check whether the various components of the machine (such as blades, rollers, fasteners) are intact, firmly installed, and whether there are any foreign objects stuck.
Power supply and protection: Confirm that the power cord is not damaged and the grounding is reliable. Check if all safety shields have been installed correctly.
Trial operation: Run the drum/blade smoothly by tapping under no-load conditions, listening for any abnormal noise.
2. Operation process
Wear protective gear: Operators must wear cutting resistant gloves, aprons, protective goggles, and other personal protective equipment.
Standardized feeding: Place the pork skin face down and feed it evenly and smoothly. It is strictly prohibited to reach into the work area and handle meat pieces that are too small or difficult to hold.
Exception handling: In the event of a lag or abnormality, immediately press the emergency stop button, stop the machine completely, and then proceed with handling.
3. Shutdown and Cleaning
Sequential shutdown: After completing the work, turn off the device power first, and then disconnect the main power.
Thoroughly clean: Use specialized tools such as scrapers and brushes to remove meat and grease. Clean and disinfect the detachable components according to the instructions.
Inspection and maintenance: After cleaning, check the sharpness and wear of the blade, and apply food grade lubricating oil as required for maintenance.
⚠️ Critical safety warning
Personal safety: During machine operation, no part of the body should approach or enter the working area of moving parts.
Equipment safety: It is strictly prohibited to process meat pieces with bones, frozen but not thawed, or containing metal foreign objects to avoid damaging the blades and equipment.
Electrical safety: Strictly prevent water from entering during cleaning and ensure that the equipment is completely powered off.
