Product Features:
Fully enclosed design: Adopting a fully enclosed structure to avoid material contamination and operator exposure to high temperature and high pressure environments.
Hydraulic control pressure regulating system: By adjusting pressure parameters through a hydraulic control system, the homogenization effect is ensured to be stable. ‌

1. Structural Description of SRH10000-40 and SRH12000-30
1.1 Drive: Siemens motor, two-stage variable speed; First stage belt pulley, second stage curved arm gear symmetrical transmission; Detachable slide, special alloy bearing, double-sided rolling bearings, smooth and low-noise.
1.2 Lubrication: Splash and jet type secondary lubrication coexist, and the Xunjie cooler GLC-1-3-1.1KW is equipped to ensure that the oil temperature is below 60 ℃, which is safe and reliable.
1.3 Main pump body: Three way design, with a radial self sealing cover and no external leakage.
1.4 Plunger: 4 plungers, square plunger sealing component, code X4310.
1.5 Unidirectional valves: 4 sets of cone valves for inlet and outlet, totaling 8 sets.
1.6 Homogenization valve: The first stage high-pressure valve is equipped with a three piece set (high-pressure valve core, seat, collision ring) flat valve, and the second stage low-pressure valve is equipped with a two-piece set flat valve.
1.7 Pressure Monitoring: One German imported assembled diaphragm pressure gauge is used to monitor high and low pressure.
1.8 Pressure regulation: Stepless manual pressure regulation device, two-stage.
1.9 The buffer pipes for incoming and outgoing materials shall be handled by the demander according to convention.
1.10 Install one stainless steel self coupling pressure reducing starter cabinet.

Drive assembly: Box HT20-40, crankshaft, connecting rod, and gear materials are made of special alloy ductile iron (Shenlu special) suitable for low-speed and heavy-duty operation. The bearing shell is usually not replaced for life.
Piston: Fourth generation special steel (PH type), reaching the international advanced level.
Check valve: Fourth generation special steel (GrMoFr alloy), wear-resistant and impact resistant, superior to Satellite, reaching international advanced level.
The lifespan of plungers and one-way valves is related to the presence of hard particles in the liquid material and cooling water, typically exceeding 6000-10000 hours for dairy products and 3000-6000 hours for others. Need to replace and grind.
Pump body valve body: 1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel.
Sealing element: Fourth generation sealing material, code X4310 and ultra-high polymer, resistant to high temperature of 150 ℃.
Homogenization valve: third-generation special alloy.
