2. Press the green button on the power switch, and do not push the sawing object too much during operation, as it may cause the saw blade to fall off or be damaged.

3. The operator should stand in front of the machine and push the cut items horizontally and in a straight line. When replacing the saw blade, the teeth should be exposed outside the wheel. When 6 rounds are full, the leather cover should be exposed once.

4. Rotate the upper wheel by hand. If the saw blade runs inward, turn the adjustment screw counterclockwise. If the saw blade runs outward, turn the adjustment screw clockwise.

Due to the high-speed rotation of the band saw, it is also necessary to develop the habit of turning off the switch when pausing work.

2. If iron nails or other metal objects are carried in the cut, they may cause sawtooth cracking or damage, so attention should be paid to inspecting the cut surface during operation to ensure safe work.
