I. Overview:
The ZK-3C three-phase thyristor voltage regulating trigger is manufactured using integrated circuit device technology, which has stable technical performance, strong resistance, and reliable quality. The instrument panel is equipped with "output setting" power adjustment knob (dial), "automatic/manual" switching button, and "voltage/power adjustment" two trigger thyristor working mode buttons. It has a built-in 6-digit digital function switch to meet the needs of users for control systems, and is small in size and light in weight, making it an ideal actuator for various types of three-phase electric heating automatic temperature control systems.
2、 Technical indicators:
1. Input signal: DC0-10mA, input impedance of 800 ohms. According to user needs, DC4-20mA, DC1-5V, etc. can also be provided. )
2. Output signal: Three phase pulse output, with positive pulses output for each phase.
Pulse amplitude ≥ 4V (20 load);
Pulse width ≥ 0.2ms:
Phase shift range ≥ 170;
The power regulation range is 0-100% linear adjustment
3. Equipped with thyristor: KP tube (unidirectional) below 1000A
KS pipe (bidirectional) below 500A
4. Power supply: -380V ± 10%, 50HZ

4、 Installation and wiring:
1. Dimensions: (length * width * depth) 160 * 80 * 130
Installation panel opening size: 152 * 76
2. The wiring terminals are shown in the diagram:
3. Connect to four typical control circuits using wiring diagrams (for reference only)
Explanation: 1. ZK-3C wiring has no phase sequence requirements;
When placing an order, please specify the form of the control circuit.
5、 Usage of instruments:
1. ZK-3C wiring phase sequence requirements, there are three sets of wires in total. Please distinguish them clearly during use and strictly follow the wiring diagram,
Require all wires to be tightly connected to the thyristor and led out to the instrument.
2. Check that all wiring terminals are connected correctly and the power can be turned on. At this time, the "%" window will light up and the voltage adjustment indicator light will be on
(Or the power adjustment indicator light is on)
3. Turn the 'Output Adjustment' dial left to the starting point.
4. Press the 'Manual/Auto' button to select the output mode. Press once to turn on the manual output indicator light, and press the second time to turn on the automatic output indicator light.
5. Lightly press the 'Adjust Voltage/Adjust Power' button to trigger the thyristor working mode, which can change the thyristor working mode (ZK-3C is set to adjust when leaving the factory)
Press trigger state or set working state according to user requirements.
6. Adjust the "Output Adjustment" dial and observe the "%" display window to adjust the output power to the desired level. The instrument panel will also enter the trigger mode
Control the working status of silicon.
7. When the instrument is set to trigger the thyristor working mode in "voltage regulation", the output is in voltage regulation mode (phase-shifting type).
8. Lightly press the 'off' button to stop the instrument panel from working.
9. The instrument has a power-off automatic shutdown function.
10. The instrument is equipped with a 6-digit digital function switch:
The instrument movement and housing are designed with a plug-in method, and the switch is located behind the display panel. Users can extract the instrument movement according to on-site operating requirements and set it according to the function table.
