1、 Overview

It is a temperature regulator for various types of electric heating automatic temperature control systems. This instrument integrates temperature regulation signals, upper and lower limit alarm signals, and remote temperature transmission signals. The instrument core and housing are designed with plug-in connections, making it convenient for users to use and maintain.

2、 Main technical parameters

1. Input signal: Pt100 platinum thermistor.

2. Measurement range: 0-400 ℃ (measurement range can be customized according to user requirements).

3、 Panel layout instructions

1. PV '- Window displays temperature measurement values.

2. Settings - measurement, upper limit, and lower limit setting buttons.

3. Upper and lower limits' (upper right corner) - upper and lower limit over temperature indication.

4. Temperature measurement knob - set the control temperature, with the red indicator light above indicating the setting and the green indicator light indicating the measurement.

5. The 'upper limit' knob - sets the upper limit to control the temperature, and the corresponding red indicator light above is set.

6. The 'lower limit' knob - sets the lower limit control temperature, corresponding to the red indicator light above being on as the setting.

4、 Installation and wiring

1. Dimensions (length x width x depth): 160 x 80 x 130

Installation panel opening size: 152 × 76.

2. The wiring terminal is shown in the figure:

Explanation: a. Output 0-10mA temperature regulation signal

b. Transmission signal -4-20mA (corresponding temperature measurement range: 0-400 ℃)

c. Upper and lower limits - relay contact output, used for over/under temperature alarm.

The instrument does not include all the functions described in the "instructions" when it leaves the factory, and is made according to the user's ordering requirements.

5、 Instructions for using the instrument

1. After checking that all wiring terminals are connected correctly, turn on the power and the PV window will display the measured temperature.

2. Lightly press the 'Settings' button with one finger for about one second before leaving. At this point, the' Temperature Measurement 'indicator light will turn on (red). Adjust the corresponding knob below and observe the temperature value of the PV window to adjust it to the desired temperature value. The methods for setting upper and lower limits are similar

3. The first press of the 'Set' button sets the control temperature (usually 100 ℃), the second press of the 'Set' button sets the upper limit control temperature (usually 140 ℃). The third press of the 'Set' button sets the lower limit control temperature (usually<-40 ℃). The fourth press of the 'Set' button returns the instrument to the measurement state, at which point the instrument enters the actual measurement working state (the measurement green indicator light is on).

4. This instrument has multiple output interfaces and is manufactured according to user requirements at the factory.

6、 Maintenance of instruments

If the instrument is damaged due to a manufacturing quality issue by the manufacturer, the manufacturer will repair it free of charge within one year from the date of manufacture. If the damage is caused by improper storage and use by the user, the user will be responsible for repairing the materials used.
