working principle

Operating Procedures
Before starting, wipe the mixing pot and mixing blades with a damp cloth to ensure cleanliness.
Pour the weighed material into the mixing pot.
After starting the machine, gradually add water or other liquid additives as required.
Control the mixing time and speed, and stop mixing after reaching the specified mixing time.
Clean the materials attached to the mixing blades and mixing pot, and remove the mixing pot.
After the operation is completed, clean the mixing blades and mixing pot in a timely manner for future use.
Usage and maintenance
During installation, ensure that the machinery is placed smoothly and adjust the machine feet to allow for free operation.
Before use, lubricate the parts that need to be oiled, conduct a no-load test run, check whether the fasteners are secure, whether the electrical equipment and machinery can operate normally, and promptly repair and debug any problems found.
The feeding should not exceed the specified volume. After feeding, close the feeding cover and then turn on the machine. If any abnormalities are found during operation, stop the machine immediately for inspection.
When leaving work or changing varieties, clean the inside and outside of the hopper.
