IIIOperating Procedures for Steam Sandwich Boiler
(1) Pre startup inspection
1. Check if the steam pressure gauge on the edge of the sandwich pot is normal.
2. Check if the pressure relief valve of the sandwich pot is functioning properly.
(2) Start up and operate
1. Place the sandwich pot horizontally without tilting, open the drain valve at the bottom of the pot, and drain the condensed water inside the sandwich.
2. After draining the condensed water, add the water to the pot and open the steam valve (due to the small capacity of the sandwich pot, the steam valve can only be opened halfway at most).
3. After the water is heated to a certain temperature, gradually turn down the valve and close it when the water boils.
4. When pouring water, the staff stands on the side of the sandwich pot, rotates the screw turntable on the right, and aligns the water outlet with the water container to prevent hot water splashing out and causing burns
(3) Precautions for using steam jacket pot
1. Before feeding, a small amount of clean water should be injected into the interlayer pot, the bottom ball valve should be opened, and then the inlet valve should be opened. After the cold air in the interlayer of the pot is exhausted, the ball valve should be closed. When the pressure gauge pointer rises to the set working pressure of the interlayer pot, the safety valve should be adjusted to reach the pressure relief value specified by this equipment. At this time, the inlet valve can be closed to stop steam supply.
2. Clean the sandwich pot thoroughly, add materials, and slowly open the intake valve. When the materials reach the required temperature and the predetermined heating time, close the intake valve. Open the drain valve, release steam, and make the pressure inside the sandwich pot zero. For a vertical sandwich pot, the handwheel can be rotated to tilt the pot body and discharge materials in and out. At this point, we have completed one assignment.
3. Every time a task is carried out, the drain valve should be opened to discharge the condensed water in the interlayer of the pot. If the amount of water in the interlayer is too large, the steam blocking drain should be checked for malfunction to ensure normal heat exchange and avoid prolonging operation time and affecting work efficiency.
4. To maintain cleanliness, it should be cleaned every time it is used.
5. Before use, the tilting sandwich pot should be checked for good lubrication of the rotating parts. The oil cup should be filled with grease and an appropriate amount of grease should be injected into the meshing area of the turbine and worm
6. After stopping the air intake, the straight spout plug at the bottom of the sandwich pot should be opened to drain the remaining water
