Product Overview:
The shell of the precision filter cylinder is generally made of stainless steel material, which is an efficient, energy-saving, and closed operation solid-liquid separation equipment. Internally, foldable filter cartridges and other tubular filter elements are used as filtering elements. Different precision filter elements are selected according to different filtering media and design processes to meet the requirements of effluent quality. The design structure is reasonable, the volume is small, the loading and unloading of the filter element is very convenient, and the cleaning of the filter cartridge is easy and simple.
The filter is composed of several filter elements installed vertically on the filter plate inside a sealed cylinder. It relies on the filter element as the filtering medium to perform pressurized filtration in a closed container.

Filter cartridge matching:

The filtration accuracy ranges from 0.1um to 100um, and the filter cartridge lengths are 5, 10, 20, 30, and 40 inches. 1-150 cores can be installed inside the filter cartridge. The types of filter cartridges that can be equipped include polypropylene folding filter cartridges, polytetrafluoroethylene folding filter cartridges, polyether sulfone folding filter cartridges, polyvinylidene fluoride folding filter cartridges, etc.

Stainless steel filter cartridge cleaning process:
Preparation before cleaning
Close the filter: First, close the inlet and outlet valves of the filter to cut off the liquid supply.
Disassemble the filter element: Remove the filter element from the filter according to the instructions of the filter. Please note that the disassembly method for different models of filters may vary.
Cleaning steps
Soaking: Soak the filter element in a container containing mild detergent (such as dishwashing liquid) and warm water. The soaking time depends on the degree of pollution, usually ranging from a few hours to one night.
Brushing: Use a soft bristled brush to gently scrub the surface of the filter element to remove any attached impurities. Be careful not to use a hard bristled brush to avoid damaging the filter element.
Rinse: Rinse the filter element with sufficient water to remove all cleaning agents and impurities. Ensure that all water flows through the filter element during the flushing process.
Drying: Place the filter element on a clean and dry surface to air dry naturally. Avoid direct exposure to sunlight or using heating equipment for drying to prevent damage to the filter element.
Precautions
Avoid damage: During the cleaning process, avoid using sharp tools or excessive force to prevent scratching or damaging the filter element.
Prohibit high temperature: Do not expose the filter element to high temperature environments, such as hot water or hot air, as high temperatures may cause deformation or damage to the filter element.
Check integrity: After cleaning, check the integrity of the filter element to ensure that there are no damages or cracks. If damage is found, a new filter element should be replaced immediately.
Cleaning cycle
The cleaning frequency depends on the usage and degree of contamination of the filter. Usually, it is recommended to clean at least once every three months, or when the flow rate of the filter is significantly reduced, it should be cleaned.
