Widely applicable for filling various oils, lubricants, and industrial oils, replacing filling valves (i.e. becoming a multi head automatic filling machine for thick sauce), and can also fill semi fluid, paste, sauce, etc. containing particles. The material cylinder part of the equipment consists of pneumatic disc valve, liquid level controller, pressure device, liquid level indicator, 12 filling valves, etc. This machine is equipped with some pneumatic devices to control the disc valve, open the sauce filling valve, and control the automatic lid falling. The empty cans of the equipment are fed into the container conveyor belt (driven by the transmission chain), divided into cans through unequal distance nylon screws, and then sent to the filling machine in the filling table by the can shifting wheel. When the filling machine rotates for most of the time, it is pulled by the can discharging wheel to the conveyor belt and enters the next process. The filling part of the machine consists of a material cylinder device, filling valve, valve controller, filling platform, plunger lifting cam, gear, sprocket, worm gear gearbox, and empty tank conveying system. The transmission of the equipment is driven by a 2.2KW electric motor to a worm gear gearbox (1:40), which is transmitted from the gearbox to the large gear of the sauce filling machine, achieving rotational transmission. The suction and filling of sauce are achieved through the lifting cam and connecting the plunger. Then, with the help of electrical appliances and cylinders, 12 sauce filling valves are used to achieve the purpose of opening and closing the sauce filling.
