　　Rubber accelerator dryerPrinciple: Hot air enters the mixing and crushing drying chamber from the bottom of the dryer at a suitable spraying speed through the inlet pipe, generating strong shearing, blowing, and rotating effects on the material. As a result, the material is subjected to centrifugation, shearing, collision, and friction, and is atomized, enhancing mass and heat transfer. Due to the high air velocity in the drying room and the short residence time of materials, it achieves high efficiency, speed, small equipment, and large output. Installing ceramic rings and swirl plates on the upper part of the drying chamber can control the particle size and temperature of the outlet material to meet the requirements of different final moisture particle sizes for different materials. The dry gas enters the bottom of the dryer, generating a strong rotating airflow that has a strong flushing effect on the material on the wall, eliminating wall sticking. In the low temperature zone of the dryer, the heat sensitive material does not come into direct contact with the hot surface and is equipped with a special device to solve the problem of coking and discoloration of heat sensitive materials. At present, China has made significant progress in both research on agricultural product drying technology and equipment development and manufacturing.
