Scope of application:
Salt water spray testing machine is designed for surface treatment of various materials, including coating, electroplating, organic and inorganic film, anodic treatment, anti rust oil and other anti-corrosion treatments, and then test their corrosion resistance to determine the quality of products.
Material used:
The laboratory uses imported PVC polyethylene board with a thickness of 8MM and a durable temperature of 85 ℃.
The sealing cover of the laboratory is made of imported European acrylic board with a thickness of 5MM.
The 3 reagent replenishment bottles are equipped with hidden water level gauges, which are easy to clean and not easily broken.
The 4 pressure air buckets are made of SUS # 304 stainless steel, which is resistant to high pressure and has good insulation effect
5. The laboratory basket frame adopts a flat dividing frame, which can adjust the angle freely. It can withstand fog on all sides and has a large number of test pieces placed.
