1. Cut long strips of scallions and leafy vegetables, with adjustable length; Cut root and stem melons and potatoes into straight slices, with adjustable thickness. The adjustment method is as follows:

1) The faster the conveyor belt speed, the slower the rotating blade speed, and the longer (thicker) the vegetables cut out; otherwise, they are shorter (thinner).

2) The slower the speed of the conveyor belt and the faster the speed of the rotating blade, the shorter (thinner) the vegetables processed; conversely, the longer (thicker) the vegetables processed

2. Upper pressure wheel set: Clamp the leafy vegetables and send them to the rotating blade.

3. Electric control box: start or stop cutting work, with speed adjustment on it, pay attention to the input power supply being 220V single-phase 50HZ.

Power indicator light: It lights up when the power is connected. It should be noted that the frequency converter is also powered on at this time. Therefore, if the machine is not in use, the power cord must be disconnected to prevent the frequency converter from heating up when powered on.

Leaf vegetable cutting start button: Simultaneously start the rotary knife and feeding conveyor.

Rotary blade speed: The rotation can be set to a large double blade speed through a frequency converter.

Conveyor speed: The rotation can be set to a large conveyor speed through a frequency converter.

　　5、 Installation and adjustment

1. Confirm that the power supply is 220V/single-phase

2. Confirm that the adjustable parts and fixed screws of the machine are locked.

3. The polarity of the power supply connection is correct, and the direction of rotation of the cutterhead is correct At this time, the power light is on and the frequency converter is also powered on.

4. Replace the appropriate cutter head, fix it well, and ensure no interference.

　　6、 Operating instructions

1. Activate the leafy vegetable cutting start button to drive the motor to operate the cutting tools. At this time, the rotating double blades operate according to the frequency conversion setting, and the conveyor also operates according to the frequency conversion setting.

2. Setting the frequency can obtain the required cutting length.

3. Place the object to be cut at the entrance of the green conveyor belt, which will be carried into the lower pressure wheel group and cut by the cutter head.

When completed, press the leafy vegetable cutting stop button to stop the motor.

　　Precautions

When the start button is pressed and the machine does not work, there may be the following reasons:

The emergency stop button has not been reset. Turn the emergency button to reset it.

There is a small hole at the entrance of the leafy vegetable section, which is a contact power switch. It is possible that the door is not closed properly and not powered on. Please close the door again
