Rotary blade speed: The rotation can be set to a large double blade speed through a frequency converter.
Conveyor speed: The rotation can be set to a large conveyor speed through a frequency converter.
5、 Installation and adjustment
1. Confirm that the power supply is 220V/single-phase
2. Confirm that the adjustable parts and fixed screws of the machine are locked.
3. The polarity of the power supply connection is correct, and the direction of rotation of the cutterhead is correct At this time, the power light is on and the frequency converter is also powered on.
4. Replace the appropriate cutter head, fix it well, and ensure no interference.
6、 Operating instructions
1. Activate the leafy vegetable cutting start button to drive the motor to operate the cutting tools. At this time, the rotating double blades operate according to the frequency conversion setting, and the conveyor also operates according to the frequency conversion setting.
2. Setting the frequency can obtain the required cutting length.
3. Place the object to be cut at the entrance of the green conveyor belt, which will be carried into the lower pressure wheel group and cut by the cutter head.
When completed, press the leafy vegetable cutting stop button to stop the motor.
Precautions
When the start button is pressed and the machine does not work, there may be the following reasons:
The emergency stop button has not been reset. Turn the emergency button to reset it.
There is a small hole at the entrance of the leafy vegetable section, which is a contact power switch. It is possible that the door is not closed properly and not powered on. Please close the door again
