After starting the equipment, the material is fed into the blowing section from the feeding end, and most of the moisture on the surface of the material is blown away. The material can be collected at the discharging end.

5、 Usage method

1. After the equipment enters the site, check whether the screws of each part are loose or missing, to ensure that the connections of each part are stable and reliable;

2. Adjusting the anchor bolts ensures that the equipment is in a horizontal position to avoid tilting and affecting its operation;

3. Adjust the direction of the tank reducer and the direction of the fan motor;

4. The anti blowing and scattering protective net can be selectively used according to the type of material being processed. Generally, the divided material should be protected with a protective net, while the entire material can be left without a protective net;

5. After a period of normal production and use, the mesh belt is stretched. The mesh belt adjustment bolt at the feeding end can be adjusted to tighten the mesh belt;

Our company will respond promptly upon receipt, and any issues that can be resolved immediately will be resolved immediately. 3 Accidents and normal maintenance

This after-sales service regulation only applies to problems caused by product quality and assembly processes. Not applicable to equipment depreciation and damage caused by normal wear and tear, accidents, abnormal maintenance, abnormal protection during storage, or abnormal use.
