MGTS33 36B1 mining flame-retardant optical cable2-144 cores are mainly used for the transmission of communication videos in vertical shafts such as coal mines, gold mines, and iron mines. They have good flame retardancy, anti smashing, anti pressure, anti stretching, and wear-resistant properties, and are suitable for flame retardant and other environments.

MGTS33 36B1 mining flame-retardant optical cableThere are many types of cables, including central bundle tube structure and layer twisted structure. Mining optical cables are armored cables, with two types: steel armor and steel wire armor. The MGTS33 mining optical cable adopts a loose sleeve layer twisting structure, in which the optical fiber is inserted into a loose sleeve made of high modulus polyester material, and the sleeve is filled with waterproof compound. The loose tube (and filling rope) is twisted around the metal center reinforced core (phosphated steel wire) to form a compact cable core, and the gaps inside the cable core are filled with water-resistant grease. Squeeze a layer of PE sheath outside the cable core. MGTS33 36B1 coal mine flame retardant optical cable sheath is wrapped with a circle of steel wire armor, and a layer of blue PVC flame retardant sheath is extruded.

MGTS33 36B1 flame retardant optical cable for coal minesA corrugated steel plastic composite tape moisture-proof layer with longitudinal overlap should be applied outside the cable core, and a layer of blue flame-retardant polyolefin sleeve should be extruded at the same time, so that the flame-retardant polyolefin sleeve and the composite tape, as well as the tapes in contact with the two edges of the composite tape, are bonded together as a whole. If necessary, adhesive can be applied at the overlap to improve the bonding strength.

The communication optical cable used in coal mines should be coated with a spiral layer of fine round galvanized steel wire armor layer outside the sheath; Then extrude a layer of blue flame-retardant polyolefin sleeve outside the armor layer. The diameter of the steel wire should be selected between 0.8 and 2.9mm. The nominal thickness of flame-retardant polyolefin sleeve is 2.0mm, and the minimum value should not be less than 1.6mm. The average value on any cross-section should not be less than 1.8mm.

MGTS33 36B1 coal mine flame-retardant optical cable with flame-retardant polyolefin protective layer should be extruded with a layer of blue flame-retardant polyolefin protective layer outside the S sheath, with a nominal thickness of 1.6mm and a minimum thickness of 1.2mm. The average value on any cross-section should not be less than 1.4mm.
