1. The process air in direct contact with materials must be purified to meet the D-level cleanliness requirements; After passing through the intermediate efficiency filtration (initial efficiency G4, intermediate efficiency F8), it can be heated. The high-efficiency filter (H13) is easy to disassemble and install, and can undergo regular integrity testing. The high-efficiency filter (temperature resistance 250 ℃) is set behind the heater, and the filtered gas meets the D-level area standard, ensuring that the dry airflow entering the drying tower is clean, dust-free, and controllable.
2. Filter configuration pressure difference monitoring; Equipped with air volume detection and wind speed transmitter, it can be detected online and displayed on the touch screen. Efficient filters can achieve online PAO detection. High efficiency filters should be from international or domestic brands.
3. The filter material should be anti-static, non-toxic, corrosion-resistant, free of fiber or particle shedding, and should not undergo chemical reactions or adsorb easily with the produced drugs or required process media cleaning agents.

2. Equipped with a surface cooling dehumidification device (dehumidification requirement: reduce the relative humidity from 90% to 40-50%, with a cold source of 7 ℃ low-temperature water), the inlet air humidity can be displayed on the human-machine interface.
3. The temperature control accuracy of the heater is above ± 0.5 ℃. The instruments and meters should be from international or domestic brands.
4. The inlet air heating is equipped with a temperature detection interface and dual temperature sensors to monitor the inlet air temperature online and display it on the human-machine interface to prevent overheating. When the heating sensor overheats, the heating power supply will automatically disconnect. Adopting interlocking design, the fan cannot start and the heater cannot start. Sensors should be from international or domestic brands.
5. The drying medium enters the airflow distribution tray of the drying tower through the inlet duct, which is made of sanitary grade steel pipe and wrapped with insulation material. All welds are inspected by endoscope, and the inner wall smoothness Ra of the pipeline is ≤ 0.4, and electric polishing is used.
6. The air intake ratio is adjusted, and the air intake door is equipped with a pneumatic actuator and a closed butterfly valve with positioning adjustment function, which can effectively adjust the air intake volume.
7. The air outlet damper is controlled by a butterfly valve actuator, which is flexible and reliable. When the machine is stopped, the butterfly valve automatically closes to prevent backflow of air.
8. Prepare an air temperature detection device and display the air temperature on the human-machine interface.
