Working principle: The rotary drum dryer is a cylindrical body with a slightly inclined main body and adjustable speed within a certain range. Wet materials are fed into the cylinder by a double screw feeder. Under the flipping of the inner cylinder plate, the material is evenly distributed and dispersed in the dryer, and undergoes heat transfer and contact with the high temperature heated by the cylinder wall and heat radiation, accelerating the drying heat and mass transfer. Thus achieving the purpose of drying, with a simple structure, reliable operation, and easy maintenance. During the drying process, the material can be controlled to move to the star shaped discharge valve in another section of the dryer to discharge the finished product under the action of the inclined plate and gravity. The rotary drum dryer has a large processing capacity, easy operation, and good drying effect.
