Ingredient tank weighing module

The ingredient tank weighing module is a card rail mounted weighing and packaging control module. Optional single scale (C2) or dual scale (CD) applications. Four channel analog supports large/small packaging control of vibrating disc feeding equipment. The new filtering algorithm and adaptive control algorithm make control more precise and debugging more convenient. Suitable for quantitative weighing of powdery/small granular materials such as white sugar, salt, seeds, rice, sesame, monosodium glutamate, chicken essence, milk powder, coffee, laundry detergent, etc. It is widely used in industries such as feed, chemical, and grain that require quantitative packaging equipment.

Two RS485 communication interfaces: connect to external devices such as PC, PLC, printer, label printer, remote display, etc;

USB interface: used for program upgrade and parameter import/export backup;

10 in and 20 out I/O interfaces: used for starting, stopping, unloading, intermediate loading, fast loading, etc. The switch function can be customized for various applications;
