1. Fully automated:

The entire process from film feeding, stretching and forming, product conveying/loading, vacuuming, sealing, cutting to finished product output does not require manual intervention (or only a small amount of manual material placement).

2. Use stretch backing film:

Unlike packaging machines that use prefabricated pallets, it uses a rolled flat plastic base film (usually made of PP or PE material).

Soften by heating inside the machine, and then precisely stretch the bottom film into a tray that matches the shape of the product using a mold (usually vacuum formed or pressure formed). This is called hot forming.

Advantage:

Save material costs: The thickness of stretch film is usually thinner than that of prefabricated pallets, and the material utilization rate is high, without the waste of scraps from prefabricated pallets.

Good packaging adhesion: The mold can be made according to the shape of the product to achieve tight and beautiful body to body packaging, reduce internal space, save gas (such as inert gas), and improve protection.

Reduce inventory: Only store roll film, no need to store prefabricated pallets of multiple specifications.

3. Vacuum/Modified Atmosphere Packaging:

After covering with film, it can effectively remove the air inside the packaging cavity.

Pure vacuum packaging can be used, or a specific ratio of mixed gases (such as nitrogen and carbon dioxide) can be filled after vacuuming, known as modified atmosphere packaging, which effectively inhibits microbial growth and oxidation, significantly extending the shelf life of food and other products.

4. High sealing performance:

By heating, the upper film (usually a composite film with barrier properties) is firmly fused and sealed with the edge of the formed bottom film.

Ensure that the internal environment of the packaging is isolated from the outside world to prevent air leakage, seepage, or contamination.

Continuous production with fast running speed (can complete several to dozens of packages per minute, depending on mold size and number of workstations).
