Types of freeze dryers

Type 1: Contact type

This type of freeze dryer is usually small to medium-sized. Its freeze-drying capacity is less than 300kg. The tray area does not exceed 30 square meters. If you don't have a freezer, you can choose this type of freeze dryer. Both freezing and drying materials are carried out on partitions. We have food grade stainless steel SUS304 and hygiene grade stainless steel SUS316 to choose from, and provide professional refrigeration compressors and vacuum pumps for customers to choose from. The power supply is available in 110V, 60Hz, single-phase and 400-480V, 60Hz, three-phase options.

Type 2: Radiant type

This type of machine is very large, with a freeze-drying capacity of 500-2000kg/batch. It needs to be shipped in a flat container of 40 feet. The machine includes a container unit (internal drying and steam condenser), a refrigeration unit, a vacuum unit, a heating unit, a trolley and track unit, and a control unit. Our engineers will guide our users' staff to install each module together to form a complete system. This type of freeze dryer is equipped with a freezer compartment to save drying time and energy. The container, door, and steam condenser are made of SUS304 stainless steel. The tray is made of aluminum, and the track loading system is equipped with a trolley and a cold storage. Professional refrigeration compressors and vacuum pumps are available for customers to choose from. The power supply is available in 110V, 60Hz, single-phase and 400-480V, 60Hz, three-phase options.
