Precautions for use and maintenance:
1. The equipment is a tilting sandwich pot. Before each shift, all transmission parts should be inspected and lubricating oil should be added to prevent dry grinding and damage to the equipment.
2. Check if all electrical circuits are intact, if the connections are safe and secure, if the fuses are matched, and if everything is complete and correct before powering on for heating.
3. Before starting up, check the amount of heat transfer oil added, which should be 5 centimeters below the filling port.
4. During normal use, the two oil inlet ports on the upper edge of the pot should not be blocked after adding oil, and should be opened for heating and use.
5. Check if the fixing bolts of the handle are secure, and avoid friction and leakage between the heating tube wires and the pot body during rotation.
6. Operators are not allowed to operate with water. When there is oil leakage outside, stop the operation.
7. Strictly control the temperature during operation, generally below 200 degrees Celsius.
8. Before discharging, the inlet and outlet of the heat transfer oil should be blocked before discharging.
9. The heat transfer oil should be changed once every 20 pots used, and the oil should be drained after every month of use. The jacket should be soaked in 40 ℃, 2% alkaline solution for 2 hours, and then cleaned with hot water.
10. Perform major repairs every 4 months, including replacing electric heating tubes, gaskets and electric heating tube circuits, verifying temperature gauges, etc.
11. This electric heating sandwich pot is a high energy consuming electrical equipment. In actual use, it is necessary to ensure safe operation and management, strictly follow the regulations, and keep daily operation records to better maintain the equipment.
