  I. Overview
This instrument (hereinafter referred to as the anti bending machine) adopts three-point bending beam test to measure the bending strength to reflect the mechanical properties of the material. It is mainly used to measure the bending strength of ceramic tiles, tiles and other materials, especially suitable for conducting bending strength tests on large-sized and high-strength ceramic tiles. It can also be used for determining the bending strength of brittle non-metallic materials such as marble slabs and glass panels. This machine complies with the requirements of GB/T3810.4-2016 "Test methods for ceramic tiles - Part 4: Determination of modulus of rupture and strength at break" and the international standard ISO 10545-4:1995 "Ceramic tiles - Part 4: Determination of modulus of rupture and strength at break" for testing equipment. This machine has the advantages of easy operation, smooth loading, high measurement accuracy, and intuitive reading, making it an advanced detection method for studying material strength.

  3、 Structure Overview
The flexural testing machine consists of a main unit and a digital force measuring device.
The host includes a loading system (driven by a motor to synchronize the synchronous belt and synchronous wheel), a base, a workbench, support rollers, pressure rollers, columns, and sensors. One of the two supporting rollers can rotate around its own axis, while the other can swing up and down slightly around the pivot point; The upper pressure roller can also swing slightly up and down around the fulcrum. Each roller working surface is covered with a 5mm thick hard rubber layer.
The digital force measurement part consists of high-precision tension and compression sensors and a digital controller. This section adopts an electronic force measurement system and displays test results digitally, with functions such as calibration, peak holding, and zeroing.
  4、 Working principle:
When conducting three-point bending tests on ceramic tiles and other brittle materials, if the test force is greater than or equal to the limit value of a certain specimen, it will suddenly fracture.
