The modified atmosphere packaging machine evacuates the air inside the original packaging box and fills it with a mixture of gases (nitrogen, oxygen, carbon dioxide) in a certain ratio to effectively preserve the packaged food.

Principle:

1. The modified atmosphere packaging machine adopts the method of inhibiting and eliminating the growth and reproduction of harmful bacteria

2. Reduce the aerobic respiration rate of living cells, but do not evacuate to prevent anaerobic reactions

3. After the completion of modified atmosphere packaging, it is necessary to store it in a cold storage at 0 ℃ -4 ℃ for refrigeration. Cold storage also reduces the activity of living cells and slows down their aerobic respiration rate.
