Dry viscous materials: The lower part of the dryer is conical in structure and equipped with a crushing device, coupled with the flushing of the air flow on the wall, so it can handle materials with certain viscosity.
Dry thermosensitive materials: Due to the short drying time, the relative velocity between the material and hot air is high, and the hottest air does not directly contact the dried material, it can be used to process thermosensitive materials.
◆ High drying intensity: Due to the material being crushed, washed, and collided during the drying process, the surface area increases. At the same time, the hottest air does not directly contact the dried material, which can make the inlet air temperature higher than the melting point of the material. Therefore, this equipment has high drying intensity.
◆ Effective control of final moisture and fineness: By setting up built-in components (cyclone blades, ceramic rings or classifiers) in the drying tower and coordinating them with the inlet air temperature, the final moisture and fineness of the finished product can be effectively controlled.
◆ Environmental compliance: The system operates under micro pressure and adopts different dust removal methods and materials (pulse bag filter, water curtain filter, Venturi wet dust collector, etc.) according to different materials, which can eliminate environmental pollution.
Dry and viscous materials: Depending on the type of material, the feeder and feeder adopt different forms to achieve automatic, continuous feeding and smooth discharge requirements.
