The air of 5L high-speed centrifugal spray dryer enters the air heater after initial, medium and effective filtration. The heating methods of the air heater include: hot blast furnace or electric heating+steam heating. When the air is heated to the set temperature, it enters the hot air distributor in a tangential direction. The air, after being treated by the hot air distributor, uniformly and helically enters the drying chamber. At the same time, the material liquid is atomized into 20-60um droplets by the atomizer. When the droplets come into contact with the hot air, they quickly vaporize and dry into powder or granular products. Dry powder or granular products fall onto the four walls of the cone in the drying chamber and slide to the bottom of the cone to enter the powder accumulation cylinder (or directly collect materials using a cyclone separator)
