To solve the bias error caused by multiple sensors connected in parallel on a scale, a junction box should be selected to adjust the output voltage to make the ratio of the effective sensitivity coefficient of each sensor to the sensor output impedance close to *, thereby ensuring the balance of the scale body's bias output.

Fix the junction box in the appropriate position and open the top cover of the junction box. Thread the sensor cable and instrument signal cable into the corresponding interface of the junction box, connect all cables according to the following diagram, tighten all nuts after completion, block unused interfaces with sealing rubber gaskets or rubber mud, and tighten the nuts at the same time.

When the balance is adjusted through basic adjustment and the deviation error is within 2 division values, it can be adjusted to the allowable range through the potentiometer of the junction box. The adjustable knob can be rotated clockwise or counterclockwise to achieve the debugging effect.

Each module is calibrated before leaving the factory. If calibration is required, please refer to the instrument manual for zero calibration.
