The control instrument adopts a steel cylinder control instrument, which uses the W78E58 chip as the system. The calibration, setting and other working parameters are stored in EEPROM. The weight signal output by the sensor is processed by a signal amplifier and a second-order low-pass active filter, and then sent to a high-precision three slope integrator to be converted into digital quantity. Usage:
1. Before use, check if there is any air leakage at the connection point. You can apply soap solution for inspection and adjust it until there is no air leakage before conducting the experiment.
2. When using, first turn the main switch of the steel cylinder counterclockwise, observe the reading of the high-pressure gauge, record the total carbon dioxide pressure inside the high-pressure cylinder, and then turn the pressure adjustment screw of the low-pressure gauge clockwise,
Compress the main spring to open the valve. The high-pressure gas imported in this way enters the low-pressure chamber through throttling and pressure reduction, and is then directed to the working system through the outlet. After use,
First, turn off the main switch of the cylinder clockwise, and then turn off the pressure reducing valve counterclockwise.
Precautions for electronic steel cylinder scale:
1. Prevent the use temperature of steel cylinders from being too high. Steel cylinders should be stored in a cool, dry, and away from heat sources (such as sunlight, heating, and stoves), and should not exceed 31 ℃ to prevent the temperature of liquid CO2 from rising,
The expansion of volume forms high-pressure gas, posing a risk of explosion.
2. Steel cylinders must not be placed horizontally. If the steel cylinder is placed horizontally and the pressure reducing valve is opened, the CO2 liquid that rushes out quickly vaporizes, which can easily lead to accidents such as gas pipe rupture and a large amount of CO2 leakage.
3. The pressure reducing valve, joint, and pressure regulator device are correctly connected without leakage, damage, and in good condition.
4. CO2 should not be overfilled. The filling amount of liquefied CO2 should not exceed 75% of the cylinder capacity in temperate climates and 66.7% in tropical climates.
5. Old bottles are regularly inspected. After exceeding the specified service life of the steel cylinder and passing the pressure test, it can continue to be used.
