The shiitake mushroom cleaning machine is mainly used for cleaning, removing impurities, and rinsing shiitake mushrooms and other edible mushrooms, and is suitable for scenarios such as food processing plants and central kitchens. The correct installation directly affects the cleaning effect and equipment life. The following are key precautions:
1、 Preparation before installation
Site inspection
Ground flatness: The equipment should be installed horizontally to avoid tilting and causing poor drainage or excessive vibration (it is recommended to calibrate with a level).
Drainage system: The cleaning machine needs to be connected to a drainage ditch or pipeline to ensure that wastewater can be quickly discharged (drainage pipe diameter ≥ equipment outlet).
Power and Water Source:
Voltage matching (usually 380V/220V, depending on the equipment model).
The water source pressure should be stable (recommended 0.2~0.4MPa), and a filter should be installed to prevent impurities from blocking the spray nozzle.
equipment acceptance
Check whether the appearance of the equipment is intact and whether the accessories (such as spray pipes, conveyor belts, brush rollers, etc.) are complete.
Verify whether the technical parameters (such as cleaning capacity and power) meet the procurement requirements.
2、 Installation steps and precautions
1. Equipment positioning and fixation
Move the cleaning machine to the designated position and fix it with anchor bolts (models with high vibration need to be equipped with shock absorbers).
Ensure smooth connection between the conveyor belt and upstream and downstream equipment (such as elevators and sorting stations) to avoid material jamming.
2. Waterway connection
Inlet pipeline: Connect to a clean water source. It is recommended to install valves and pressure gauges to facilitate the adjustment of water pressure.
Spray system: Check if the spray head is aligned with the cleaning area to avoid water flow scattering and waste.
Drainage outlet: Connect an anti clogging filter to prevent mushroom shavings from blocking the pipeline.
3. Electrical wiring
Connect the wires according to the circuit diagram by a professional electrician to ensure reliable grounding (anti leakage).
Test the motor direction (especially the brush roller or water pump) to prevent reverse rotation from causing a decrease in cleaning effectiveness.
4. Installation of auxiliary devices
Bubble generating device (if any): Check whether the aeration tube is evenly distributed and whether the amount of bubbles is sufficient.
Ozone sterilization module (optional): It is necessary to connect the ozone generator separately, pay attention to sealing, and prevent leakage.
