The fully automatic pure water filling machine includes three sets of equipment: water treatment equipment, bottle blowing equipment, bottle sorting machine, and bottle air duct filling machine. The machine is equipped with a capping machine, bottle cap disinfection machine, bottle discharge lamp inspection and drying equipment, and a labeling machine. The packaging equipment operation process includes the following parts:
The fully automatic pure water filling machine is mainly used for purifying dry source water. The treated sterile water is filled, sealed, and packaged in a series of ways. The filling capacity is generally 350mE500i115, etc. As long as the bottle diameter is different and the bottle mouth size is kept perfect, the filling equipment can be used universally. Just replace the corresponding dial and adjust the conveying height.
The source water of the water treatment section is stored in the source water tank through a pumping pump, and then the water in the source water tank is sequentially passed through a quartz sand filter (to remove the main large particle impurities in the source water), an activated carbon filter (to remove color, aroma, and taste), a sodium ion exchanger (to remove metal components from the source water, soften the water quality, and prevent scale), a precision filter only called a security filter, to remove some small particles and bacteria, mainly to protect the subsequent membrane equipment), a hollow fiber filter or a nanofiltration membrane roaster (mineral water contains certain beneficial mineral elements for the human body, which need to be retained. Depending on the size of the mineral elements, a hollow fiber roaster or nanofiltration filter is selected to remove unwanted impurities. The filtered water is sent to a pure water tank. Connected to a pure water tank. Rough processing oxygen generator mixes odorous chlorine with pure water to ultimately produce sterile finished water. This is just a small water treatment system part.
Blowing part:
By using a bottle blowing machine, heated preforms are blown into bottles under the action of high-pressure gas. When the production is not large, manual bottle loading can be chosen. When the output is large, the bottle blowing machine and the bottled water filling machine can be directly connected through air ducts, but the premise is that the production capacity of the bottle blowing machine should be equal to that of the container equipment. It can also be equipped with an automatic bottle sorting machine and directly connected to the bottled mineral water installation equipment. After the production of mineral water is completed during the day, the bottle blowing machine will have to work overtime at night to meet the production needs. How to match the importance depends on the manufacturer's main situation
Filling section:
The bottle enters the mineral water filling machine through the air duct under the action of wind. Perform sterile water rinsing, filling, and capping in sequence. These three parts are all enclosed in one shell, hence it is called a three in one filling machine. In bottled mineral water production equipment, there are two ways to sterilize bottle caps: (1) using a bottle cap disinfection cabinet, bottle cap disinfection, entering the cap sorting device through a cap sorting machine, sliding in the bottle cap, using an online bottle cap disinfection machine, first entering the cap management device through the cap making machine, and then entering the online disinfection machine, washing with sterilization water, washing with grave killing water, drying, sterilizing, sterilizing, sterilizing, sterilizing, sterilizing, sterilizing, sterilizing, sterilizing, sterilizing, using an online bottle cap disinfection machine.
Packaging section:
