Blowing part:
By using a bottle blowing machine, heated preforms are blown into bottles under the action of high-pressure gas. When the production is not large, manual bottle loading can be chosen. When the output is large, the bottle blowing machine and the bottled water filling machine can be directly connected through air ducts, but the premise is that the production capacity of the bottle blowing machine should be equal to that of the container equipment. It can also be equipped with an automatic bottle sorting machine and directly connected to the bottled mineral water installation equipment. After the production of mineral water is completed during the day, the bottle blowing machine will have to work overtime at night to meet the production needs. Filling section:
The bottle enters the mineral water filling machine through the air duct under the action of wind. Perform sterile water rinsing, filling, and capping in sequence. These three parts are all enclosed in one shell, hence it is called a three in one filling machine.
