Chicken rolls packaging machine is a kind of food packaging equipment with high degree of automation, which is mainly used to complete a series of operations such as measuring, arranging, bagging (or film wrapping), sealing, cutting and counting of Chicken rolls. Its core goal is to replace manual labor, improve production efficiency, ensure product hygiene, and achieve unified and aesthetically pleasing packaging.
Its working principle can be decomposed into the following core steps:
1、 Detailed explanation of workflow
1. Loading and arrangement
Vibration disc feeding: This is the most common method. Workers pour the cooled Chicken rolls into a huge vibrating plate. The vibrating disk automatically orients and arranges the disordered Chicken rolls into a line through the internal spiral track and vibration at a specific frequency, and then delivers them to the conveyor belt in order.
Manual/robotic arm arrangement: In some semi-automatic or special shaped product production lines, manual placement or robot grasping may also be used for arrangement.
2. Measurement and Transportation
The arranged Chicken rolls are transported to the packaging link through the conveyor belt.
The machine will count by photoelectric sensor or mechanical baffle to ensure that the number of Chicken rolls entering the packaging material each time is fixed (for example, 5 or 7 eggs per bag/roll).
3. Film Forming and Traction
The packaging film roll (usually a composite plastic film such as BOPP/CPP, which has good barrier and heat sealing properties) is installed on the unwinding roll of the machine.
The film is unfolded through a series of guide rollers and passed through a molding machine. This shaper is a special conical or triangular plate device, which can gradually curl the flat film into a cylindrical shape and wrap it around the Chicken rolls.
4. Vertical sealing
When the film is rolled into a cylindrical shape, its edges will overlap together.
The longitudinal sealing device on the machine (a pair of heated, continuously rotating rollers) immediately heats and applies pressure to the overlapping edges of the film, forming a continuous longitudinal sealing line, making the film a sealed cylinder.
5. Horizontal sealing and cutting
This is the most crucial step, completing both sealing and cutting simultaneously.
The horizontal sealing device is usually a pair of butterfly shaped knives or flat knives with patterns and cutting blades. They engage in intermittent biting movements.
Process:
Back end horizontal sealing (back sealing): When a group of Chicken rolls are wrapped by a film cylinder and moved to a predetermined position, the horizontal sealing knife will quickly close. First, it heats and pressurizes the rear end of the current Chicken rolls bag (i.e. the front end of the next bag) to form a horizontal sealing line to seal the eggs behind.
Cutting: At the same time, the sharp cutting blade on the horizontal sealing knife will cut the front and rear packaging bags from the middle of this sealing line.
Front transverse sealing (sealing): At the same time, the transverse sealing line just formed has become the front sealing of the cut Chicken rolls bag.
In this way, one horizontal sealing action simultaneously completes the sealing, cutting, and bottom sealing of the previous bag and the next bag.
6. Finished product output
The cut and individually packaged Chicken rolls bag slides out from the tail end of the machine and falls onto the collection basket or conveyor belt for packing by workers.
The machine will automatically count and may prompt or automatically shut down when the predetermined quantity is reached.
