Safety Warning and Precautions
Before using this device, please carefully read and understand the following safety information to ensure the safety of operators and the normal operation of the device.
Electrical safety:
The equipment must be wired by a professional electrician and reliably grounded to prevent electric shock.
The power supply voltage must match the voltage indicated on the equipment nameplate.
Before cleaning or maintenance, be sure to turn off the power and unplug the power plug.
Operational safety:
It is strictly prohibited to insert hands, feet, or any body parts into moving parts such as conveyor belts and sorting mechanisms.
It is strictly prohibited to clean, maintain or adjust the equipment during operation.
Do not lean or sit on the device while it is running.
Environment and Installation:
The equipment should be installed on a level, stable, and vibration free ground.
Avoid using in environments with high temperature, high humidity, high dust, corrosive gases, or near flammable and explosive materials.
Ensure there is sufficient space around the device for easy operation, maintenance, and heat dissipation.
Weight limit:
Do not weigh objects beyond the maximum range of the equipment to avoid permanent damage to the weighing sensor.
Operation Guide
1. Main interface
After booting up, enter the main interface, which usually displays real-time data such as current weight, production speed, and pass rate.
2. Parameter settings
Enter the 'Product Settings' or' Parameter Settings' menu.
Create a new product: Click "New" and enter the product name (e.g. 500g packaging box).
Set weight range:
Target weight: [e.g. 500] g
Upper limit deviation: [Example:+10] g (i.e. the upper limit of qualified products is 510g)
Lower limit deviation: [e.g. -10] g (i.e. the lower limit of qualified products is 490g)
According to this setting, the system will automatically determine:
Underweighted area:<490g
Qualified area: 490g -510g
Overweight area:>510g
Set sorting actions: Assign corresponding sorting mechanisms to different areas (e.g., push rod 1 corresponds to under weight, no action corresponds to qualified, and push rod 2 corresponds to over weight).
3. Operation mode
Manual mode: used for debugging and device inspection.
Automatic mode: Normal production mode. After setting the parameters, click the [Start] button, and the device will start automatic weight inspection and sorting.
4. Data query
Enter the 'Statistical Report' menu to view historical production data, such as total output, qualified quantity, average weight, standard deviation, etc., and support data export.
