Check environmental conditions:
(1) Temperature and humidity:Avoid using in environments with high or low temperatures and high humidity, as this can affect the performance of sensors and electronic components. Please refer to the product manual for specific scope.
(2) Wind and Weather:When used outdoors, avoid windy weather. Wind loads can cause the crane scale and cargo to shake, resulting in unstable and inaccurate readings, and even posing a danger. It is strictly prohibited to use it in rainy or snowy weather to prevent electronic components from getting damp and short circuiting.
(3) Electromagnetic interference:Stay away from strong electromagnetic interference sources such as large motors, welding machines, and radio transmission towers to avoid affecting signal transmission and weighing stability.
Equipment status check:
(1) Appearance inspection:Carefully inspect the metal components such as the scale body, hook, suspension ring, and pin shaft for any defectsCracks, deformations, severe wear or corrosionAny structural damage is strictly prohibited from use.
(2) Battery level:Ensure that the transmitter (instrument) and scale body (if rechargeable) batteries are fully charged. Low battery can cause inaccurate readings or signal interruptions.
(3) Power on self-test:Open the instrument panel and observe if it can complete the power on self-test program normally and display zero. If there is an abnormal alarm, the cause must be identified and the fault eliminated before use.
(4) Calibration and Verification:Regularly (such as monthly, quarterly, or based on usage frequency) calibrate or verify the hanging scale using standard weights to ensure its weighing accuracy is within the allowable error range.
Installation and Connection:
(1) Correct connection:Ensure that the hanging connection of the scale body is secure, and the rotation of the hook and suspension ring is flexible and free of jamming.
(2) Antenna installation:Ensure that the antenna of the wireless receiver is correctly installed and extended to obtain the signal.
(3) Avoid obstruction:Ensure that there are no obvious metal obstacles between the scale body and the instrument (receiver) to ensure smooth wireless signal transmission.
Overloading is strictly prohibited!
This is the most fundamental principle of security.ProhibitUse beyond the weighing range of the hanging scale (Max). Overloading can damage the weighing sensor, leading to inaccurate measurements and even causing breakage accidents.
Standardized lifting and weighing:
(1) Smooth lifting:When lifting and lowering goods, they should be done slowly and steadily, avoiding rapid lifting or sudden braking to reduce the impact on sensors.
(2) Prohibit diagonal pulling/dragging:The force acting on the suspension scale must be transmitted through the lifting ringVertical forceIt is strictly prohibited to pull or drag goods diagonally, as this will generate horizontal force, which not only leads to inaccurate weighing, but also seriously damages the structure of the scale.
(3) Static reading:After the goods are lifted off the ground and stabilized, read the weight displayed on the instrument. The reading is inaccurate when the goods are shaking.
(4) Avoid rotation:Try to keep the goods and the crane in a non rotating state for weighing.
Safe operation:
(1) No one is allowed to stand below:During the lifting and weighing process,ProhibitAnyone staying under the suspended goods.
(2) Reasonable selection of lifting equipment:Ensure that the load-bearing capacity of the steel wire ropes, lifting belts, and other lifting equipment used is sufficient to withstand the weight of the goods without damage.
(3) Be careful to avoid:When moving suspended goods, attention should be paid to avoiding surrounding personnel and equipment.
Special cargo precautions:
(1) High temperature goods:When weighing high-temperature objects such as molten steel and hot forgings, it is necessary to ensure that the suspension scale has sufficient insulation measures or uses specially designed onesHigh temperature hanging scaleHigh temperature can be directly transmitted to the sensor, causing damage.
(2) Magnetic goods:When weighing goods with strong magnetism, it may cause interference to the internal sensors and electronic components, and special attention should be paid.
Signal monitoring:
Observe the signal strength indication on the instrument (if any). If the signal is weak or unstable, try adjusting the position or direction of the antenna, or eliminate surrounding interference sources.
Properly placed:
(1) After use, the hanging scale should be gently placed on a dry, clean, flat ground or a dedicated bracket,It is strictly prohibited to drop or place it at will.
(2) Remove the goods, place the scale in an unloaded state, and then turn off the power.
Cleaning and maintenance:
(1) Wipe the scale body with a clean soft cloth to remove dust, oil stains, and debris.Do not use highly corrosive chemical solvents (such as gasoline, banana oil) for cleaning.
(2) Check and tighten any loose bolts, pins, and other components.
Battery management:
(1) If not used for a long time, the battery should be removed from the scale body and instrument, and the battery should be regularly recharged to prevent over discharge and damage.
(2) Follow the correct charging process and use original or certified chargers.
Storage environment:
Store the hanging scale inCool, dry, and well ventilatedThe indoor environment. Avoid coexisting with corrosive chemicals.
