The chiller is in operationThere are eight common faults during the process:

1. Check the control and main power lines for circuit short circuit faults;
2. If the water pump rotor is stuck, use a screwdriver to loosen the motor rotor (suitable for industrial chillers below 5 horsepower).
problemtwoTurn on the power switch, but the power indicator light of the industrial chiller does not light up
1. Three phase power supply wiring error (pay attention to auxiliary control lines), check the wiring problem;
2. No fuse installed, install appropriate fuse;
3. The power indicator light is damaged, replace the electronic board.
Problem ThreeCompressor malfunction
1. The compressor coil is short and disconnected. Replace the matching compressor;
2. The compressor overload protector will automatically trip, adjust the current limit of the protector appropriately within the allowable range, and press the reset button.
Question FourHigh voltage fault
1. Poor heat dissipation, dirty radiator, clean radiator;
2. Poor ventilation, improve ventilation conditions;
3. If the cooling fan does not work, check whether the fan motor is burnt out or short circuited. Repair or replace the motor. If the high-voltage engine is damaged, replace the high-voltage engine;
4. Poor refrigeration, insufficient refrigerant or pipeline leakage, supplement refrigerant or weld after leak detection, evacuate and supplement refrigerant;
5. Poor heat dissipation, dirty radiator, unopened or too small cooling water valve. Clean the radiator thoroughly and fully open the valve.
Question 5Water pump malfunction
1. The coil of the water pump motor is short or disconnected. Repair or replace the motor coil;
2. The overload protector of the water pump will automatically trip, and the current limit of the protector will be appropriately increased within the allowable range. Press the reset button halfway.
Question 6The temperature display number on the thermometer fluctuates up and down
1. If the temperature control meter is damaged, repair or replace it
2. Poor contact of the temperature sensing wire, repair or replace the temperature sensing wire
3. If the temperature sensing line and temperature measuring body are contaminated, wipe the temperature measuring body clean.
Question SevenCompressor frosting
1. If the circulating water flow or valve is not open, check the water valve and all pipelines to ensure smooth flow, and install short-circuit pipelines;
2. The configuration of the circulating water pipeline is too small. Increase the diameter of the circulating water pipe to ensure normal water circulation.
Question 8Ice formation in the circulating water tank
1. Set the temperature too low and correct the set value
2. There is no circulating water in the water tank, and a circulating water circuit is short circuited between the chilled water outlet and inlet
3. If the temperature control meter is out of control, replace it.
