Daily maintenance of double drum seasoning machine
Date: 2025-06-20Read: 6
The daily maintenance of a double drum seasoning machine is crucial for extending equipment lifespan, ensuring production efficiency, and ensuring food safety. The following are detailed maintenance methods for reference:
1. Clean after daily use
surface cleaning
After the power is cut off, use a soft cloth dipped in neutral detergent to wipe the outer surface of the drum, the machine body, and the control panel to prevent water from seeping into the circuit.
Stubborn stains can be lightly wiped with alcohol cotton, and steel wire balls or corrosive cleaning agents are prohibited.
internal cleaning
Open the drum compartment door, remove residual seasonings (such as powder, particles), and use a vacuum cleaner if necessary.
Food grade equipment needs to be rinsed inside the drum with hot water or specialized disinfectant, and then wiped clean with a dry cloth to avoid bacterial growth.
2. Lubrication and mechanical maintenance
Lubrication of bearings and chains
Check the transmission components (bearings, chains, gears) monthly and lubricate them with food grade grease or manufacturer specified lubricating oil.
Excessive lubrication may lead to contamination. After lubrication, wipe off excess grease.
Fastener inspection
Regularly check the tightness of screws and belts to prevent noise or abnormal operation caused by looseness.
3. Electrical system inspection
Power supply and wiring
Check if the cable is damaged and if the socket is in good contact to avoid short circuits.
Ensure power off when cleaning the control panel to prevent moisture from causing malfunctions.
Sensor maintenance
Clean the photoelectric sensor or weight sensor to avoid the accumulation of seasoning affecting accuracy.
4. Special maintenance of drum
rust prevention treatment
Regularly wipe the stainless steel drum with a specialized maintenance agent; If scratches are found, they should be polished in a timely manner to prevent rusting.
Non stainless steel components can be coated with anti rust paint (in compliance with food safety standards).
Seal inspection
Check whether the sealing ring of the drum door is aged or cracked to avoid material leakage or contamination.
5. Regular deep maintenance
Monthly maintenance
Disassemble movable parts (such as mixing blades) and thoroughly clean dead corners.
Check if the motor cooling fan is blocked to ensure good ventilation.
Annual professional maintenance
Contact the manufacturer or professional technicians to conduct a comprehensive inspection of core components such as circuits and reducers.
