New fully automatic liquid filling production line successfully tested

Recently, a brand new fully automatic liquid filling production line was successfully installed and debugged in the food factory production workshop, and passed its first trial run. This marks a solid step forward for the company in promoting the transformation and upgrading of production intelligence and scale, providing strong support for meeting the growing market demand and the landing of future new products.
The liquid filling line introduced this time integrates multiple functional modules such as automatic bottle loading, precise filling, intelligent capping (or capping), labeling and coding, and robot palletizing, achieving full automation and intelligence from empty bottles to finished product storage.
High precision filling: The core filling unit adopts leading peristaltic pump/gravity filling/servo pump technology, combined with high-precision sensors, to ensure that the filling accuracy of various liquids (from low viscosity to high viscosity) is stable within ± 0.5%, effectively eliminating dripping and waste, and achieving zero material loss.
Flexible production: The production line has strong flexible adaptation capabilities. Through the "one click production change" function, parameters can be quickly adjusted to easily adapt to production tasks of different specifications and bottle types, greatly improving the response speed of small batch and multi variety orders.
Intelligent quality control: With the introduction of an online visual inspection system, the cleanliness of the bottle, liquid level height, sealing of the lid, and label position can be monitored in real time. Any non-conforming products will be automatically removed to ensure 100% compliance with factory standards.
At the testing site, the production line runs steadily at a design speed of 3000-4000 bottles/hour. The entire process is smooth and stable, with consistent filling liquid level, tight sealing, precise labeling, and all performance indicators meet or exceed design expectations.
