1Highly automated and intelligent

Adopting programmable logic controller（PLC realizes full process automation, supports switching between jog and automatic modes, has a user-friendly interface, and convenient parameter adjustment. The device is operated through a touch screen to monitor the production status in real-time and automatically sound an alarm. Mechatronics design，Integrating modules such as bottle sorting, filling, sealing, inflation, and detection, some high-speed lines adopt back-to-back double inlet tank structures and rotary conveyor positioning to improve efficiency.

IIHigh precision filling and stability

Universal filling accuracy≤± 1%, gas filling accuracy up to ± 0.03MPa (such as binary packaging lines), using piston or servo drive technology, suitable for water agents, pastes, and high viscosity materials (such as hair removal cream). The inflation pressure of the propellant can be adjusted (0.2-0.6MPa), and some equipment is equipped with pressure sensors and exhaust gas recovery systems to reduce losses and ensure consistency.

IIISafety and Environmental Design

Using compressed air drive (with no risk of electric sparks), key components (such as seals) are made of imported brands, and the sealing qualification rate is high.

The binary packaging line uses isolation agents and propellants to prevent corrosion of the tank body, which meets the safety standards of the pharmaceutical and food industries. adoptMade of 304 stainless steel, some equipment supports nitrogen or compressed air as propellants to reduce VOC emissions (such as water-based fire extinguishing agent production lines).

4Flexible adaptability

Applicable tank diameter35-70mm、 The height is 70-330mm, and the valve diameter covers 1 inch (25.4mm) and 20mm. Some equipment supports mold free changeover. Optional inkjet printers, labeling machines, water bath leak detection machines, etc. can be added to meet customized needs. Support online weighing and water bath detection to remove non-conforming products.
