Electromagnetic heating and reducing atmosphere control
Electromagnetic heating is more accurate than traditional gas/resistance heating, and can directly control the temperature gradient inside the kiln by adjusting the electromagnetic field intensity. Combined with sealing design (such as connecting pipes and boxes), it can achieve stable control of reducing atmosphere (such as H ₂, CO), and is suitable for processes such as metal oxide reduction and ceramic sintering.
It is necessary to clarify the atmosphere control method (such as gas injection system or oxygen sensor feedback regulation).
Dynamic dust removal mechanism
Filter dust removal plate+cleaning mechanism: prevents filter hole blockage and maintains exhaust gas circulation efficiency through mechanical shaking (such as eccentric wheel, vibration motor). Superior to traditional static filtration, especially suitable for high dust load scenarios (such as lithium battery material sintering).
Optimization point: Automated control of the cleaning mechanism (such as triggering jitter frequency of differential pressure sensors) to reduce energy consumption.
modular design
The movement, inlet/outlet section, and box are assembled through connecting pipes for easy maintenance (such as replacing filter plates or cleaning dust). The modular structure of the installation box is suitable for expanding other exhaust gas treatment units (such as SCR denitrification).
energy recovery system
The exhaust temperature is usually high (300-800 ℃), and a heat exchanger can be added to the connecting pipe or box to preheat the intake or generate steam, thereby improving energy utilization efficiency.
Multi stage exhaust gas treatment
The current plan only mentions dust removal. If the exhaust gas contains SO ₂/NOx, an alkaline scrubbing tower or catalytic reduction unit can be connected in series to form an integrated system of "dust removal+desulfurization and denitrification".
Intelligent control upgrade
Integrated PLC or IoT system, real-time monitoring of O ₂ content, temperature, and exhaust dust concentration in the kiln, dynamic adjustment of electromagnetic power and cleaning frequency, achieving closed-loop control.
Material optimization
The filter dust removal plate can be made of high-temperature and corrosion-resistant materials (such as SiC ceramic fibers), or coated with a catalytic layer (such as V ₂ O ₅ - WO ∝/TiO ₂) to synchronously degrade harmful gases.
