  Rotary drum dryerIt is a process of drying materials under the action of hot air, where the materials are fed in from the high end and discharged from the low end. During this process, hot air is introduced for drying, ultimately achieving the goal of drying the materials. The raw materials are added from the upper part of one end (high-end) of the cylinder, and when they pass through the interior of the cylinder, they come into contact with the hot air passing through the cylinder and are dried. The dried product is collected from the bottom of the other end (low-end). The main body is a slightly inclined and rotatable cylinder.
During the drying process, the material is slowly rotated by the cylinder and moves towards the bottom due to gravity. The copying board inside the cylinder lifts and throws the material, allowing it to fully contact the hot air and increase the drying rate. The cylinder is the base of the rotary dryer, so it is necessary to ensure that the cylinder has sufficient rigidity and strength. Q235 steel is generally used for material selection, and the cylinder is checked.
The cylinder expands when heated, so a spring plate is needed to connect the cylinder to the gear to counteract the force acting on the cylinder when it is heated. The same should be true between the roller and the cylinder. The rotary cylinder dryer is indirectly heated and dried, using a sealing device to prevent the loss of hot air. To prevent damage to the cylinder caused by hot air and heated materials, lining is required. Increase the contact area, improve the drying rate, and install a copying plate inside the cylinder.
  Rotary drum dryer equipmentWorking Principle:
After being fed into one end of the dryer, the wet material is evenly distributed and dispersed in the dryer by flipping the plate reader evenly distributed in the inner cylinder, and fully contacts with the hot air flowing in parallel (counter current), accelerating the heat transfer during drying and transmitting it to the driving force. During the drying process, the material can be controlled to move to the star shaped discharge valve in another section of the dryer to discharge the finished product under the action of the inclined plate and hot air flow.
