The soybean crusher is mainly used to crush dry soybeans into coarse or fine powder, and is widely used in industries such as soy product processing and feed production. The core principle is to use high-speed rotating blades or hammers to impact, shear, and grind soybeans, breaking them into the desired particle size.
1、 The working principle of soybean crusher
1. Main structural components
Feeding system: hopper, feeder (spiral or vibrating).
Crushing system:
Hammer type: A high-speed rotating hammer (with a speed of 3000~60000rpm) impacts soybeans.
Blade type: Fixed blades and rotating blades are used in conjunction to cut soybeans.
Grinding disc type: Two grinding discs move relative to each other, squeezing and grinding (suitable for fine crushing).
Screen system: Control the particle size of the discharged material (such as 20 mesh~100 mesh).
Discharge system: fan conveying or gravity discharge.
Power system: Electric motor (ordinary motor or variable frequency speed control motor).
2. Workflow
Feed: Soybeans enter the crushing chamber through the hopper.
Crushing: High speed rotating hammers/blades collide and shear soybeans, causing them to break.
Screening: Powder that meets the particle size is discharged through a sieve, while coarse particles continue to be crushed.
Discharge: Powder is blown by a fan or directly falls into the collection device.
