Installation of centrifugal spray dryer

1、 Before use, the following checks should be conducted

1All pipelines and drying towers should be cleaned and washed first during installation and connection

2、 Run

1Firstly, turn on the centrifugal fan, then turn on the heater, and check for any air leaks

7If the dried product has hygroscopicity, the cyclone separator and its pipelines, as well as the pollinator, should be used

3、 Clean up

1To ensure the cleanliness of the drying tower body, its pipelines, and all components in contact with the finished product,

3. Washing method

1) Dry cleaning: Use brushes, brooms, and vacuum cleaners to clean.

2) Wet cleaning: Clean with hot water at 60-80 ℃.

3) Chemical cleaning: Clean with alkaline solution, acid solution, and various detergents.

Acid washing: adding nitric acid(NHO3) is prepared into a solution with a concentration of 1-2% and heated at a different temperature

Maintenance of centrifugal nozzle

To ensure smooth operation of the centrifugal nozzle under high-speed rotation, maintenance is particularly important.

Check whether there are residual substances in the spray tray, and if there are, clean it in time.

2Check for any abnormalities in bearings, bushings, shafts, gears, and other transmission components. If any are found,

3The mechanical transmission nozzle uses high-speed gear rotation and must be continuously lubricated with high-speed coolant

Ground circulation cooling ensures good lubrication of gears, shafts, and bearings. (Hydraulic oil or ingot can be used)

The viscosity of the oil used should not be too high.

4To increase the service life of the nozzle, it is best to use it alternately and continuously20 hours or root

6When disassembling the spray head, be careful not to bend the main shaft, and control when installing the spray disk

The clearance between the disc and the shell, and the nuts fixing the spray disc must be tightened to prevent loosening and falling off.

7After the nozzle is working, it should not be placed horizontally during transportation. Incorrect placement can cause damage to the master

During the production process, abnormal phenomena may sometimes occur, especially when new equipment is running for the first time. If the operation is not proficient and the adjustment and control lack experience, it is more likely to cause some problems.
