leak test
Regularly check the sealing of pipelines, flanges, and filter cartridges. Air leakage can lead to a decrease in conveying efficiency.
Filter maintenance
Check the filter element for blockage every shift, and if necessary, use compressed air to blow back or replace it.
Material Adaptability
Materials that are damp and prone to clumping need to be equipped with arch breaking devices or vibrators.
Flammable and explosive materials require the use of explosion-proof vacuum feeders.

Turn off the gas source before shutting down the machine.
Ensure that the equipment is completely depressurized during cleaning and maintenance.
